August 16-18, 2024: On-site Inspection, Witnessing Core Quality, Accelerating Cooperation

The owner of XX Company, along with core sales and technical personnel, visited the company. The Hightop team warmly welcomed them at the airport at 3 AM. During the two-day in-depth exchange, the team led the client on a comprehensive tour of the production plant, meticulously explaining product processes, raw material selection, and quality control standards, and answering all product-related questions. Hightop and XX Company attend the VIV Industry Exhibition as official partners. This is an important foundation for cooperation. This joint appearance delivered an immersive experience for Thai terminal customers through intuitive product displays and professional, customized solutions, enhancing market confidence in the brands’ collaboration.

At the exhibition, we met with 4 existing terminal customers and presented exclusive gifts, maintaining customer relationships and consolidating the market foundation with sincere services. After the exhibition, we spent two days visiting four farms and doing basic work, such as measuring the chicken houses.

Signing a contract is only the beginning of cooperation, and excellent after-sales service is the key to winning customers’ hearts,  The boss of Hightop, along with sales manager and engineer went to Thailand to carry out special after-sales service and technical guidance, we collected a lot of valuable product usage feedback, and optimized and upgraded product details such as cage doors, observation carts and supports based on the feedback, improving the practicality, convenience and market competitiveness of the products.

Service has no end, The Hightop team went to Thailand again to carry out after-sales visits and technical upgrading, with the engineer and electrician, focusing on the optimization and upgrading of the equipment’s environment  control system. On the basis of the original design, personalized designs such as power cabinets and zoned control were added, making the layout of the control cabinet clearer and the operation more convenient for on-site workers to understand and operate.

October 30, 2025: High Recognition, Continuous Reorders from Terminal Customers, and Winning Market Reputation with Quality and Service
